Soup for the soul

IF YOU are in Edinburgh today there is still time to get along to the first Soup and a Psalm lunch time event at Lauriston Jesuit Centre.

Through June and July Lauriston is hosting a series of afternoon meetings, led by Fr Jim Crampsey SJ, to look at some of the psalms and address issues such as: Why did the psalms cause St Columba to come to Scotland? What’s the connection between the psalms and the rosary?

A light lunch of bread and soup will be provided at 1pm and the talks will be from 1.30pm to 3pm.

If you cannot make it along today don’t worry. The series will run on June 10 and 17 and July 1, 8 and 15 at the same time.
